"Really appalled by the lack of urgency from this agent. I reported a glass claim and they took a month to file it. Extremely poor customer service. Their representatives are always "busy" for such a small firm. Worst part about StateFarm is everything has to go through an agent and they are slower than a tortoise. P.s. Longer than usual? The claim wasn't even started after a month. What a ridiculos thing to say instead of taking accountability."
