"I’ve never worked with such an unprofessional insurance agency in my life. Our billing is a complete mess every month and the excuses we receive is insanity. The turnover here is definitely a part of the problem and it seems some people are not receiving proper training before being thrown into a position. Would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere. Update-2 hours after posting this review Taylor called me himself and told me to transfer agents. He had gotten “halfway through” our account when he saw this review that was written before we spoke. Which I informed Latoya I’d be writing. He called to attack me rather than actually fixing anything on our account. Take your business elsewhere-the whole team should be investigated on how they speak to clients/how they run their billing and business all together."

"***EDITED FROM 5 STARS*** 9 months ago Taylor and his team were amazing. They communicated very well and helped me with every and any issue I had. I am not sure what has happened lately, but this office has gone downhill fast. I had issues with my renter's insurance "cancelling" because I moved, and they sent a cancellation letter to the wrong address. I also had issues with life insurance and several of my friends have had issues getting in contact with anyone at the office. At this point it seems easier to deal with the 1-800 people over this office. The only upside I've found is that their team member Mike seems to still at least want to help. Other than that, I would not recommend this office for your business."
